Easter is a much celebrated and beloved holiday for me and my family. Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, home to many Irish immigrants, my memory is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a large St. Patty’s Day parade, lots of corned beef and cabbage, and of course, beer.
